How can I register?

What is the UID/VAT?
The VAT identification number is a unique identifier so that you can participate in the movement of goods or services within the EU.
Can I buy from you as a private individual?
Our online store is only available to our business customers. If you have any questions as a private individual, you can use the area search to find certified specialist companies in your area.
Change of address?
Under “myRENOLIT” you have the option of informing us of address changes. We will then store these so that the ordered items are sent to the changed address.
How can I add and manage users?
Under “myRENOLIT” you will find the user administration. Here the main user has the opportunity to add further users and corresponding authorizations.
How can I track my order?
The main user of your company will receive tracking information after the order has been placed, giving you the chance to track your order.
Procedure of the ordering process:
1. after placing the desired items in the shopping cart, you have the option of increasing or reducing the number of products in the shopping cart. In the first step of the shopping cart, you can also redeem a voucher code and enter an order number of your choice.
2. in the second step, select the desired address.
3. in the third step, you can choose between different payment methods. Further information can be found under the “Payment and delivery” tab.
4. in the fourth, final step of the checkout process, you can check your entries again and place a binding order.
