Can I change or add to my order later?
Unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, it is not possible to change or add to your order later. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.
Can I place orders by phone?
We don't accept orders by phone. Please order directly from our online shop
Is the order confirmation also the invoice, or will I receive a separate document?
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Once we have reviewed the order, you will receive a separate order confirmation. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive a separate invoice by email.
For prepayment customers, the order confirmation counts as a payment request. The goods will not be shipped until we have received payment. You will receive a separate invoice by email after shipment.
