What payment options do I have? Can I also order on account?

We offer prepayment and credit card payment options, and existing customers can order on account in our online shop using the payment terms agreed upon with us.

What purpose do I need to specify for an advance payment so that the payment can be correctly allocated?

Please state your order number as the purpose. You can find this in your order confirmation, which you will receive via email.
Please transfer the amount due for your order to one of the following accounts within 7 business days:

What delivery times should I expect?

Delivery times depend on the item ordered and stock availability. We usually ship within 7 business days. You will receive an exact delivery date with your order confirmation.

What shipping costs will I incur?

There are no shipping costs for the repair films. Shipping costs for the other items can be found here. Please note the €5 hazardous materials surcharge for the professional touch-up pens and cleaner.

How can I find out the shipment status?

The tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or listed on the invoice. You can use the tracking number to view the shipment status on the delivery service's portal.

How can I change my delivery address?

If you have already saved multiple delivery addresses, you can set your preferred delivery address under Addresses - Delivery Address or select the desired address during the shopping cart checkout process.
You can easily notify us of any change requests using the "Change Request" field under the Addresses section.
