RENOLIT ALKORCELL is a decorative polypropylene-based film for surface design applications. The versatile film is easy to process using flat lamination or thermoforming techniques. Produced using a unique combination of printing and shaping techniques, the films have an attractive haptic finish and are available in natural-looking wood or eye-catching patterns.
Sweet Chestnut pulls out all the stops in terms of interplay between print décor and synchronous pore structures. The décor works three-dimensionally on different levels, with the woodgrain’s growth rings rising like a staircase to give the print a natural depth. Each level has its own degree of porosity, with alternations of elongated flowering, stripes and small knot detail. This 3D effect is particularly prominent in the Whitecolourway, giving the emboss a special prominence. In Dark Grey, Sweet Chestnut imitates wood that has greyed in the sun, presenting an on-trend “shabby chic” look.
